GENERAL QUESTIONS

Our products are made of platinum silicone and high quality TPE materials.We guarantee our products are safe and non-toxic and have passed quality inspection.

TPE stands for ThermoPlastic Elastomer, sometimes known as thermoplastic rubbers. TPE dolls have a soft and elastic texture, providing a very life-like feel and it is also generally cheaper than silicone. TPE is generally considred the softer material to the touch.

Silicone is the most resistant material for dolls. It can withstand high temperatures of up to 220 degrees, will not stain and due to its hardness the artists can achieve a very realistic effect. Silicone is generally considered superior in terms of overall quality.

The skin color of the doll will not fade so long as you treat it well and do not expose it to direct sunlight or any dark materials that can stain it. The face (lips, eyebrows) are more delicate and should be cleaned gently. See ourdoll care tips for more info.

Aside from looks, they also feel better than you can believe!

We recommend to give the doll a sponge bath, either on a clean surface or in the tub. It is not necessary to submerge the doll for cleaning and it can, in some cases, damage the doll. For example, it is possible for water to enter the skeleton through tiny gaps around the neck or through any ruptures internally caused by rough use. This can rust the stell sketon or potentially cause mildew. The head should never be submerged either, as water can collect inside the internbal cavity or behind the eyes. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Prep time: Order verification, doll retrieval (or doll manufacture if it is not in stock), quality check, packaging and local shipping. This process begins as soon as your order is placed, during normal business hours.

Shipping time: The doll is delivered from the local shipper to the international shipper. Typical delivery times are:

Fedex Shipping 5-7 Business Days

DHL Shipping 5-7 Business Days

UPS Shipping 7-9 Business Days

Note: Delivery times can vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Covid-1, labor issues, port issues, extreme weather and other acts of God. If your order is delayed, please be patient.

Note for Pick Up:

If you don’t want the doll delivered to your residence, you can provide us with the address of your local FedEx, DHL or UPS delivery location and we can ship it there.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and our customer service reps will always try to work with you, but sex dolls are a highly personal product and a large part of the cost is shipping, so we cannot accept returns for convenience. Only dolls reported as damaged or defective within twelve (12) hours of delivery to you, with time-stamped photographic proof reasonably acceptable to us, will be eligible for a full or partial refund or replacement (depending on the extent of the damage or defect, and all as reasonably determined by us).

Cancellations are subject to the following rules:

If your order was placed less than twelve (12) hours prior to your written notice of cancellation and the physical shipping process has not already commenced, then you can cancel and you will be charged a restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total purchase price, which you agree is fair and reasonable in light of the costs and expenses we incur as soon as an order is placed.

If your order was placed more than 12 hours prior to your written notice of cancellation or the order has already been shipped, then you can cancel and you will be charged a restocking fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price, plus you are responsible for shipping the item back to the manufacturer at your sole cost and expense, which you agree is fair and reasonable in light of the costs and expenses we incur as soon as an order is placed and the devaluation of the doll.  Please note: International shipping costs can be very high and you will be required to make all arrangements for return delivery at your own cost and expense.

Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a fifty percent (50%) processing fee and no refund will be issued.

By placing an order with us, you accept the foregoing policies as fair and reasonable and you agree that you will not attempt to dispute these policies in any way, including, without limitation, by attempting to chargeback or otherwise dispute the transaction with your credit card company or payment processor.  You further agree that if you violate this provision you will pay immediately to Vivant Holdings, Inc. upon demand an amount equal to (x) the purchase price of your item plus (y) an additional five hundred dollars ($500) (collectively, the “Damage Amount”) as liquidated damages compensating us for, among other things, the loss or potential loss of the item in transit and/or costs incurred in retrieving the item, our time responding to your dispute, the fees that we will incur from our payment processor as a result of your dispute, damage to our credit rating and increased credit card processing fees and costs, and/or damage to our goodwill.  You expressly acknowledge and agree that (i) the Damage Amount is fair and reasonable and is not a penalty, (ii) you will pay the Damage Amount within three (3) business days following demand from us, which demand may be provided by email, text or phone at the contact information set forth in your order and (iii) should you not make timely payment, we are authorized to charge the Damage Amount to your credit card, debit card or other payment source on file.
